A special mention to Ms Porkodi, the Zonal Head, who was extremely clear and transparent about the treatment costs from the very beginning. She was efficient and prompt in her email responses, which made planning the entire process smooth and stress-free. As we were travelling from overseas, her clear communication and coordination gave us great confidence even before the procedure began. Her professionalism and structured approach truly stood out. A heartfelt thanks to Dr Tincy, who conducted a detailed video consultation prior to my visit. She carefully assessed my condition through photos and provided clear, well-explained advice on the most suitable approach. Her guidance on the procedure and medications helped me feel well-prepared and reassured. She also consistently followed up with me during my visits for hair wash sessions, offering aftercare advice and addressing every query with patience and a warm smile. The procedure itself was handled exceptionally well by Dr Deepak Choudhary, the master surgeon. He explained every step patiently and professionally, which really helped put me at ease. One moment that truly stood out was on the first day of the procedure when I experienced low blood pressure. Dr Deepak Choudhary, responded immediately and professionally. He promptly put me on drips, paused the procedure, and closely monitored my condition. What I appreciated most was that he prioritised my safety and comfort above all else, only proceeding after ensuring I felt ready. This level of attentiveness was very reassuring. I would also like to sincerely thank nurse Mr Kurian, who supported me throughout the entire journey, from the implantation process to aftercare and even during hair wash sessions. He was consistently attentive, approachable, and always served with a smile. He even went the extra mile to share his personal WhatsApp number so I could reach out in case of any emergencies while I was back at my hotel. That gesture meant a lot and gave me added peace of mind. A special mention as well to nurse Mr Karthick, who was patient and helpful throughout the procedure and during the hair washing sessions. His calm and supportive approach made the experience much more comfortable. I would also like to acknowledge the gentleman at the counter, who warmly engaged in conversations with us and made us feel very welcome each time we visited. He ensured we received all the necessary aftercare products and consistently greeted us with a smile, adding to the overall positive experience. On both days of the procedure, lunch was thoughtfully arranged for my spouse and me, which was a kind and much appreciated gesture, especially since it would have been difficult for us to step out. Additionally, the two tea ladies at the office went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed, helping to purchase juice and serving us drinks with such warmth and care. These small but meaningful gestures truly made a difference. Even after the procedure, Dr Tincy continued to check in during my visits for hair wash sessions, ensuring everything was progressing well. This level of care reflects the team’s genuine commitment to their patients. Overall, the professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care shown by the entire DHI team made this a very positive experience.
